ADAM Office Connector extends your familiar Microsoft Office environment with ADAM functionality. Enrich your Office documents, spreadsheets and presentations with content stored in ADAM, whilst retaining a link to the original assets.
Using the ADAM search pane in Microsoft Office applications you can quickly access the ADAM repository and simply drag-and-drop assets into your documents or e-mails. Where you used to go and download the images from the ADAM user interface, you can now access them directly, without even touching the ‘minimise’ button.
By integrating with the new Office Open XML formats, ADAM is able to automatically update the images should a new version become available. Thanks to this integration, ADAM could also be configured to generate warnings when a certain asset is overly used, or generate reports on what images occur in which presentations, brochures, … There are countless possibilities to automate your Microsoft Office documents.
